Yes, we're going to have an index for the print version but I'm not sure the best way to do this online.

A workaround for now is to go to the print view so that the whole book is on one page and use ctrl-f.

In my opinion is this issue like #218 and deserves this issue also the blocked upstream label.

It's clear by now that we're not going to provide an online index, so I'm closing this.
