Auto merge of #5537 - eddyb:no-trans, r=matklad

Remove -Zno-trans test.

Needed for rust-lang/rust#50615 (where the flag is now `-Zno-codegen`) - which revealed that the test shouldn't even exist anymore, and was accidentally added back (rust-lang/rust#50615 (comment)).
