finish rename from ICE-breakers #309

A few outstanding tasks to check on

  • Remove "ICE-breaker" terminology from cleanup-crew, LLVM
  • Remove the ICEBreaker-LLVM label and tag all issues that had it with A-LLVM
  • Update links from older blog posts about LLVM, cleanup-crew, maybe add an EDIT about the new terminology

both ICE-breakers groups are inactive since long. The LLVM one seems to not be needed anymore, the ICEbreaker on the other hand seems to me a good thing to salvage (provided there are people interested in doing it, see on Zulip a very recent discussion)
