I hope crates can be managed in an organizational way, similar to GitHub where there is an organization, and under it, there are many crates like core, config, etc. TX could also be an organization, with crates like core, config, and so on. This way, crates under each organization must be unique, but crates under different organizations can have the same name. Many crates in Rust are already in a semi-abandoned state, unmaintained, or just placeholders, which makes it difficult for people to use a meaningful crate name. Moreover, the Rust team does not clean up these zombie crates. I hope the repository management can be improved in a way similar to GitHub. This would be very developer-friendly for Rust users.
