Key developments: @tgross35 got Inject compiler_builtins during postprocessing and ensure it is made private rust#135501 merged which improved which made progress on exported_private_dependencies lint only take effect in innermost dependency rust#119428, one of the two main blockers. In exported_private_dependencies lint only take effect in innermost dependency rust#119428, we've further discussed further designs and trade offs.
Blockers: Further work on exported_private_dependencies lint only take effect in innermost dependency rust#119428 and Lint exported_private_dependencies misses public dependency via trait impl rust#71043
Help wanted: T-compiler people to work on those above issues.
