Attempting to access Release Notes from the 1.70.0 Pre-Release Testing Blog Post results in the following:

Using the Raw File View is an option, but degrades usability as for example links are not easily clickable.

Sorry, I just noticed #101714 after seeing #112114 having beed closed as a dupplicate of that.
