Sander/error on config error (#285)

* feat(configfile): exit scully with a error if there is an error executing the config file

* test(updated snapshots, as less routes are build now): update snapshots as routes are changed

* chore(update to v9): updated project to use V9

* remove unneede console.log

* fix(sampleblog.config): remove console.log

* improvement(better text for error): better text for error
