How to escape unicode so that U+00E1 is serialized in the post body instead of á?

I can of course use a crate like https://crates.io/crates/serde-json-fmt to serialize a String with escaped unicode values myself, but it'd be nice to use the built-in json builder for reqwest.

Is there anyway to configure reqwest to escape anything besides ASCII?
