Anomaly, changepoint, and segment detection

I was trying out the examples but I got very different answers for the following sections? Can I get some guidance?

Detecting Subsequence Outliers

Expected only 1 region, got a number of them instead.

Change Point Detection

Expected one green line to be close to orange line.
