Hello,

this is not an issue but a cluster improvment or new funtion to work with. I don't know if there is already some way to do that. Anyway i don't know if open the ticket here or at socket.io-redis package.

Information about the question/issue/function-request here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/35313377/socket-ioredisexpressjs-cluster-get-socket-object-in-expressjs-request

Related to the SO question, I would like to know if there is some other way to get the socket object at the expressjs GET/POST request. If not, you will concidere to add a similar functionality to the official socket.io package?

Thanks
