@jgrandja Should we reference RFC 8707 in the description or EPIC project entry since it defines how Resource Indicators function?

@dfcoffin I'm not using Epic's any longer to group major features. I felt it was easy enough to simply use issues and link to other related issues if part of a bigger feature.
