Nested Application Modules behavior

Hello Spring Modulith Community,
are the rules for the nested application modules redundant, because they have the same behavior as any other class when part of a module?
The only difference of the nested module is that it is listed as module, but the access rules are the same like the default behavior, or do I miss something?
If my assumption is correct, then the documentation description is just confusing and should be removed or simplified. Listing rules which are not different from the standard behavior are confusing.
