Did anyone run into this problem?

To reproduce - 1. create an empty Amazon Linux 2023 docker container.
2. run dav1d.cmd in 3rd party scripts - complete building
3. build libheif with dav1d:
cmake .. -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON -DWITH_DAV1D=ON -DCMAKE_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib64 -DCMAKE_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/local/include
make && make install

I haven't seen this, but my builds use distro packages for that kind of thing.

However I do see something similar in the Windows CI, e.g. https://ci.appveyor.com/project/strukturag/libheif/builds/52311640/job/9pwgwfb544raanbm

I'd guess something changed on the dav1d side, but haven't investigated.
