I think the Form ChangePasswordType should be placed in src/Form/ChangePasswordType.php instead of src/Form/Type/ChangePasswordType.php

Yes, storing form types in the Type/ subdirectory is intended because we want to recommend doing that. So, let's close this. Thanks.
