TailwindCss is not getting loaded after upgrade from v3 to v4

Recently I have updated the tailwind from v3 to v4 using the Upgrade tool. Now when I run my app I see no TW CSS but I see this error

which I think stopping to further build tw CSS. Anyone have face this issue?

Some things I find out is that my project was created using react create app. In v3 we used to have guide about that. But v4 we have guide with react router with vite that my app currently not using.

V4 is not compatible with CRA. You'd need to eject or try using CRACO to integrate Tailwind via PostCSS.
