I am not familiar with rust but I think my rust is running fine. Any help is appreciated.

I've found the cause. After commenting strip = "symbols" in the Cargo.toml, the build process is completed successfully. Does anyone have any idea to this problem?

The problem is caused by using strip from binutils

> which strip

/opt/homebrew/opt/binutils/bin/strip

build process fails when use binutils.

> cargo clean && PATH="/usr/bin:$PATH" cargo build --release

build process works now.
