Python tools for obtaining and working with ICESat-2 data
Information and resources about bathymetric data from NASA's ICESat-2 mission, created by the ICESat-2 Science Team Bathymetry Working Group.
Python interpretation of the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center YAPC ("Yet Another Photon Classifier") algorithm
Tools for Estimating Grounding Zone Locations with data from NASA Polar Altimetry Missions
Reproduced the process of extracting ground elevation from ATL03 photon cloud data. Developed Python scripts based on the theoretical foundation of the ICESat-2 ATL08 land and vegetation height product algorithm and built a complete batch-processing workflow for surface elevation inversion.
(WORK IN PROGRESS) Derive estimated canopy heights from raw ICESat-2 ATL03 photon returns.
Interactive visualization and data extraction tool for ICESat-2 ATL14/15 Gridded Land Ice Height Products
Python scripts for extracting GEDI and ICESat-2 data from HDF to shapefiles
This package contains the code to collocate the ICESat-2 sea ice and cloud data products, save leads and floe features. Gridded granules can be generated to allow faster compositing. Codes to perform simple monthly compositing are included too.
A deep learning tool for rift and iceberg detection from ICESat-2 data
