fork specific block & specific index

hi, --fork can be used to fork a specific block, is it possible to do it a step further to fork at specific index?

I happened to see this service, it can fork chain at a specific block and index, which is really cool!

and then I can do simulation

Can it be done by ganache-cli?

We don't currently have updates on this, but because of the community interest we have increased the priority on this one. We'll keep this issue updated as we start it!
