i cant upload greeting or voicemails to call flow

I just got a new greeting & voicemails and I want to upload them to the open VBX for the call flow.

right now I have the existing greeting that I upload 1 year ago (so that's a proof that I should know how to do it),
and if I'm choosing to "upload and mp3 file" nothing happen (i tried in google chrome, explorer & firefox there all the same),
and if I'm choosing to "choose from your library" it shows me my existing greeting but it showing me my library that there is only one recording but it shows me the same recording 12 times :(
if someone can explain to me how to upload to library I think it will work too but my main this is to upload greeting before the call is connected to my office and also a voicemail if no one is answering and 1 more voicemail if its "close" hours.

Hola @Zola778 do you have ssh access? If you are having troubles uploading the file it could be do to flash and permissions on the server. If you can access the upload directory directly you can replace the existing file matching the same file name.
