Strip JS from VanJS. WDYT?

@mbleigh @scottcorgan would you be up to give the Van team the npm package https://www.npmjs.com/package/van ? It doesn't seem to be used?

As far as I know, there has been some renames in the past and extensive debate around the subject.

My only consideration is that removing JS from the name gives it a more polished touch. (I personally don't mind the Vanilla reference.)
