chore(deps): update in-range dependencies and pin mongodb to ~7.5.0

Apply npm update for minor/patch versions within existing ranges and
reformat three files with prettier 3.9.

Pin mongodb to ~7.5.0: since 7.6.0 the driver loads `os` via dynamic
import(), which fails inside Jest's vm context. The error is swallowed,
the handshake is sent without client metadata and the server rejects it
("Missing required sub-document 'driver'"). Tracked upstream as
NODE-7832 (mongodb/node-mongodb-native#5059). Remove the pin once a
release includes the fix.
