I found that
toRefs()was unable to infer types from pinia (vuejs/pinia#406) but it works on Vue 3 so I adapted the type to the one existing in Vue 3: https://github.com/vuejs/vue-next/blob/master/packages/reactivity/src/ref.ts#L149 and it fixes the issue on pinia
