Add non-normative documentation for methods/properties. Resolves #110

Adds a "domintro" DL style and documentation for every property (attribute) and method (operation) covering the most common cases and describing results which were previous buried behind the async algorithms. No normative changes; one method is moved to make a grouping more logical.
