Initial Proposal: 2026 Meeting Schedule #73
Description
We would like to propose that the PAT meet monthly on the Tuesday in the 2nd full week of the month for 2 hours -- like we did in 2025 -- with some deviations. If we do not have enough topics to fill an agenda, then we can always end early. Likewise, if we do not have enough topics for any agenda, then we can cancel a meeting for that month.
The months where we (always) have conflicts are March (RWC and IETF) and April (W3C AC). This year TPAC is scheduled for October 26-30, 2026.
We have an offer to host a F2F meeting in Europe, but we are still finalizing the details.
We will continue to rotate the meetings to accomodate participants from all over. The time are the same as last year (and they will move around a bit based on day light savings time), but I did reorder them:
- A: 2400 CET / 2300 BST / 2200 UTC / 1800 EST / 1500 PST / 0600 Singapore (next day) / 0800 AEST (next day)
- B: 0800 CEST / 0700 BST / 0600 UTC / 0200 EDT / 2300 PDT (previous day) / 1400 Singapore / 1600 AEST
- C: 1500 CEST / 1400 BST / 1300 UTC / 0900 EDT / 0600 PDT / 2100 Singapore / 2300 AEST
