Hi @wei, thanks for this great GitHub app! I have it set up for https://github.com/swiftwasm/swift, but for some reason it stopped submitting PRs from upstream starting yesterday. I've also tried the manual trigger https://pull.git.ci/process/swiftwasm/swift, but it returns Not Found. Nothing have changed in the configuration of the project.

What would be the best way to diagnose and fix such issue?

The server is overwhelmed due to the sheer number of installs, looking into bumping up system resources.
