Docs/Examples for best practices for performance for Headless WordPress

I wanted to open a discussion on how we capture/document best practices for performance for Headless WordPress.

I think the current examples do cover some aspects of performance but maybe an explanation doc would be good.

WPGraphQL does have this doc here on performance - https://www.wpgraphql.com/docs/performance

But I think maybe we need a document for the community explaining best practices for performance and also improving performance of a headless WordPress application.
