I'm curious why there are 4 USB-A ports but only three threaded holes that are presumably for locking? |

They are intended as a mount point for an external cable retention feature like a 3D print. |

Cool, I can work with that. Anyone know the thread size and pitch offhand? Before I strip one out :) ? Unsolicited feedback: Pending how much those inserts cost in production, there are reasonably cheap cables like these that might be another business opportunity. I like retention - big part of why we invested in a bunch of the Redux 12v to 5v USB C power supplies (retention nut built in, and they sold the cable for a pretty reasonable cost right next to the supply :) ). |

Anyone got a link to a USB A cable with the screw in the correct position to interface with the locking pins? And/or, are these designed for a 3d print that goes over the top?
