fmt无法导入模块

我看fmt官方仓库源文件里有fmt.cc文件,应该是支持import导入的，但是从xrepo里拉的fmt似乎并不可以，写了import fmt编译时会报错error: missing fmt dependency for module src/main.cpp，是不支持还是要开启一些选项？
