Add dom-elements-no-danger-with-children to recommended configuration

This rule will be added by #719. Since React already issues a warning for this, I think it makes sense to enable this rule in the recommended configuration.

I'm adding this to the 7.0.0 milestone so we don't forget to do this for our next major version bump.
