Collaborating with NWB

Opening this issue to hopefully start a discussion with NeurodataWithoutBorders (NWB). About how we can better work together. Looks like this is something they may find interesting as well. ( NeurodataWithoutBorders/pynwb#230 ) From reading some of the discussion, it sounds like links, object references, and region references are important. Though hopefully others can fill in their importance and use cases so we can better figure out how to support them.
