Tool Use not working with local models

Description

Download any local model featured in the "A walkthrough of Agentic Editing in Zed." (0:40) and try using function calling.

Actual Behavior: Can't find a single local model (MLX or GGUF) that supports Tools (function calling)
Expected Behavior: I should at least be able to use the local models featured in the video
