Reproduction steps
Current vs. Expected behavior
Notification layout is clipping action buttons (View, Dismiss) an stays visible with no possible action to perform. I did't find other way to close the notifiacation than closing and reopening the editor:
Notification used to have more relaxed layout and has never froze before.
