  • phpunit PHPUnit_Framework_TestCase migration to namespace
  • bootstrap removed phpunit 4 case
  • setExpectedException changed to expectException
  • drop php5.5
  • update phpunit version
  • composer.lock added
  • drop hhvm from build matrix
