Note about "indentchar"

Hi, a possible source of confusion that I encountered and others may also: "indentchar" is displayed for tab characters only, so when "tabstospaces" is true, the spaces are not shown, even if they are used for indentation. Suggest document this.

Or rather, fix this. There is an open issue #2539 + several duplicating issues referenced in it. No one has fixed it so far, but PRs are welcome.
