This can be really useful when there are many source/sink inputs and it would take many J taps to tap through them all, especially if in a hurry to mute a sink for example. Also added already existing g G shortcuts to help menu.

There's a few bits I'm not sure how you'd like to handle, in particular binding Shift+Up/Shift+Down. Curses doesn't have constants for these I see there's some parsing of escape sequences in pulsemixer already and I assume that's where the values I found come from(?) but I'm not sure how it should be handled in the config/binding.
