- Both validators now accept external_schemas parameter: list of schema dicts matched by their \ field for resolving \ URIs
- Removed SIMULATED_SCHEMAS/EXTERNAL_SCHEMAS - test data doesn't belong in production code
- External schemas should be provided via external_schemas or import_map
