[BUG] Console references "Adguard Sample App Extension" potentially unnecessarily

Describe the bug
The console contains info/debug logs for the advanced extension, which still references the original sample code.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. load any site with all wBlock extensions enabled
2. navigate to Safari console

Expected behavior
Solution 1: there would not be console messages at all
Solution 2: the log lines would reference wBlock.
