[BUG + FEATURE] Custom filters show wrong amount of rules (latest Testflight version)

Bug: wBlock shows less filters than there actually is.

Feature: Automatically add details for custom filter lists. Currently, you have to enter the details manually, while other adblockers enter everything automatically.

This is because of how Adguards converter handles similar filters. Also some rules are inherently incompatible with safari so the number always will be lower.

Closing because this isn't a bug. I'll implement the feature you proposed.
