[Feature Request] Able to refresh an individual group of lists. (manually or automatically)

Today we have a global setting for the block/white refresh period.

blocking:
  refreshPeriod: 60m

Could you enhance this to set refresh period for each group?
E.g.

blocking:
  # global setting.
  refreshPeriod: 60m
  # new pre group settings.
  refreshPeriodForGroups:
    ads: 60m

Use case:
I maintain explicitly block list and white list. When I add/remove items to the lists, I hope blocky could pick them up immediately.

Would blocky lists refresh solve this use case?
Running that contacts the blocky API and triggers a refresh.

blocky lists refresh kind of works. But not the best option for the following reason:

1. The list I want to reload more often is less than 1% of my total lists. I don't want to reload the whole lists.
2. I want to automatic my workflow. I hope after editing my list, blocky picks it automatically, without additional interactions.

For 1, at least there should be a CLI/API blocky lists refresh <group>.
