feat: add MIPS architecture builds

Add support for MIPS architectures (mipsle and mips) to enable builds for OpenWRT and other embedded MIPS-based devices.

Changes:

• Add mipsle (little-endian) and mips (big-endian) to goarch list
• Configure gomips with softfloat for better embedded device compatibility
• Add Windows ignore rules for MIPS architectures (not supported)
• Update ldflags to include MIPS variant in Architecture field
• Update archive name template to include MIPS variant suffix
