Fetch operation timed out - REST server did not respond within 30 minutes

I have been unable to get past this problem, on my third day of trouble-shooting now. i have used numerous flags and different configurations to try to get past this. No matter what settings I put it, heimdall stops after 30 minutes. What am I missing?

Startup Command:
heimdalld start --chain mainnet
