Restrict accepted store directories #156
Description
As a follow-on from 256lights/zb-docs#7, I tightened the specification on acceptable store directories to prevent issues with .narinfo files and path hashing. The zbstore path-parsing functions should include checks that store directories satisfy the allow-list of characters.
