Migrate existing temple hub to new temple cluster

Once #6526 is complete, we need to migrate the existing temple hub in the shared cluster to the new cluster.

This is not fully refined yet

Definition of done

• Existing temple hub config copied to new cluster
• We make a plan for copying home directory data (That's about 1.1T so it's not trivial)
