Integrate Universal / AOT / Web Workers / Service Workers

For now going to wait for it to become a little more stable.

• waiting on angular-cli integration.
• AOT
  • may need to switch to CLI - seems that a AOT plugin is being made for it.
  • switched to qdoubles started for lazy loading / AOT support

Closing since I am unable to host any server side rendering on Firebase and my use of DOM specific javascript makes it an unreliable option.
