Content-type modifiers cannot be used with `$urltransform` modifier

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Try to add this rule to user rules:

||st.agrd.eu^$urltransform=/.+/test/,script

Expected Behavior

It should be possible to use other content-type modifiers with urltransform.

Actual Behavior

Rule cannot be added to user rules in AdGuard for Windows, and when it's loaded from custom filters then it does not work.
It works without script:

||st.agrd.eu^$urltransform=/.+/test/

If it's expected behavior, then it would be nice to update documentation.

Hello! This restriction was not assumed and does not exist in doc. I think we should support such rules.
