Can't build under Java 21?

Hi!

While working on adding these to our Connect process I first tried to compile them using temurin 21. Which gave me this error

```
Unsupported class file major version 65
```

Compiling with temurin 17 worked fine.

Looking at your Gradle setup it looks like you're targeting Java 11. Wondering if there are plans to support later releases.
