The name may be a bit silly, but I think consistency with the docker syntax is more helpful than coming up with another name ourselves. |

This adds the
set_cpus(very bad name, but its what docker uses and I can't come up with anything better, open to your suggestions) option. It lets users specify a list of cores such that instead of every battle being executed on cores 1-4 you can select the first to be on the first two and the second on the other two.
