Titles are too large and not readable

First of all, this is a really cool Welcome screen plugin and I am incredibly glad you made it. Thankyou.

I apologise for filing a bug and not fixing it with a pull request as well.

On Delphi 13, running the high DPI IDE, at 200% scaling, I see the following where text layouts and sizes are not correct:
