Question about adding one package from source url

In README.md there is text:

You could also specify a source url, like that:

    amch add python/Dancer/https://github.com/PerlDancer/Dancer
```

It is a correct command? It looks very strange to me. Why there is `python` with Dancer (which is a perl library) and there are no spaces in that line.
