allmychanges hasn't pulled in github release notes for tqdm since Jan 2017

• 4.19.7 and 4.19.8 have no release notes tqdm/tqdm#529 (thanks @benjaoming)

Seems, there is an issue not only with tqdm, but also with some other libraries. I have to investigate this issue.
